How to Order:
- 1.) If you are interested in Ordering one of the larger pieces, click on the "contact" link provided under each art piece. -Please Include: Your Full Name, and Shipping Address in the email request.
- 2.) Once we receive your Request, you will be sent an Email which will detail shipping charges- giving you the Total amount of your order.
- 3.) If you wish to Continue with the Purchase, we will send you an Invoice from Paypal. Payment is accepted only ~ after ~ the entire Transaction is complete. [Note: It will say Spheres of Essence on the Invoice- this is our sister company that Paypal account is setup.]
- 4.) Once Payment notification is received, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
- 5.) We will send you an email stating that your order has been shipped.

» The information that is submitted will remain private and confidential. Your information will not be sold, distributed, traded or shared with outside parties whatsoever.
Ordering Security:
» Your payment information is very secure. The information is processed on a secure server by www.PayPal.com, a leader in online payment technology and safety.
» You will see "Spheres of Essence" as the name of the PayPal account. Spheres of Essence is a sister company of Creative Elements.
What if I don't want to order online?
» Unless you live locally in southern New Jersey, at this time the only option is to order online. If you do live locally (in south jersey) you may contact Nilam via e-mail for further details.
Payment options:
» Accepting Cash, Check, Money Order and Paypal payments.
» Accepting major Credit Card(s) payment through Paypal.com only.
Personal Check or Money Order Payments:
» When paying by check or money order, items are guaranteed to be shipped once payment has cleared.
Payments of cash through Paypal:
» If you send cash payment through PayPal, the transaction is instantaneous and your item will be shipped within the 2-3 business days. Once the transaction is completed, we then accept the money.
Shipping and Handling:
» Shipping and Handling charges cover cost of packaging and postage. It varies depending on the size and weight of the art piece (and your mailing location).
» At this time, International orders are not being taken.
» Each order is carefully hand packed. Paintings and prints on canvas are wrapped in large bubble wrap and surrounded with plenty of cushion in a suitable sturdy box.
» P.O. Boxes
We can send items to P.O. Boxes. However, we cannot take responsibility
if the item is lost or damaged while at the P.O Box for reasons uncontrolled
by CREATIVE ELEMENTS or our shipping services.
FedEx Express Shipping will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
This is a FedEx standard procedure.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
» It is important that you are happy with your order. If you wish to return an item, a refund will be given if returned within 10 business days of your receiving the item, as long as the item is returned unharmed and in re-salable condition.
